To own, construct, run, furnish of, take over, manage and carry on the business of hotel, motel, resorts, time sharing holiday resorts, restaurant, cafe, catering boarding home, fast foods, industrial feeding canteens, tavern, bars, refreshment, housekeepers, clubs, cabarets, discotheques, baths, dressing rooms, laundries, reading, writing and newspaper rooms, shopping centers, grounds, places of amusement, recreation, convention, exhibitions, symposiums, swimming pools, bakery confectionery, entertainment shows, hairdressers and perfumers in India or in any other part of the world. b. To purchase, take on lease hire, erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip act as collaborators, technicians of any other hotels, motels, holiday camps, restaurants, canteens, cafes, pubs, bars, refreshment rooms, casinos etc. in India or in any other part of the world and to carry on the business of consultants to the hotels, restaurants, canteens, etc. in existence or to be started and to train chefs, cooks, bearers and other staff for hotel industry. c. To purchase, establish, conduct, manage, takeover, acquire, lease, promote, develop and to carry on the business of runn
