Artisan Soul is a startup initiated by 3 like-minded women who have strong bonds with artisans and craftsmen operating in their centres of creation. The founders have worked, over the years, with artisans to find a better market place for their products. They also work on social causes such as poverty alleviation through non-profit organisations. Artisan Soul is building a global marketplace, for artisans, producers and craftsmen to display their original designs across products such as apparels, handicrafts and toiletries. Often, the Artisan is not accorded value for his creations as we work his way through a chain of distributors. The endeavour is to source from individuals who belong to the weaker sections of society. We also wish to also showcase the product creators for their work as we believe that each handicraft item carries a rich history.
