The company plans to be a part of the various citizen centric projects being launched by both the central as well as the state governments across the country.IT being one of the enablers for these projects , Arsenal plans to be a key IT infrastructure services providers ensuring high level of service standards to the citizens . Some of the areas that we plan to address are - Network Establishment, Datacenter Services, Consulting Design Services and application development. We plan to improve the existing services by ensuring a hybrid model of service delivery across regions wherever the IT infrastructure is deployed or is required to be deployed. Hybrid model of service delivery would involve a centralised monitoring, management and troubleshooting of the IT equipment followed by a quick service turnaround by having a localised team of semi-skilled resources on ground in the remote areas. We plan to recruit manpower from the remote areas, provide them training (Both online and offline) and locate them in their respective regions.
