We are building Hopstack, an Indoor Location Tracking and Analytics Platform. Businesses managing large Indoor Spaces like Warehouses, Production Facilities, Plants and Docks struggle to gain real time location intelligence of assets, equipments and personnel. These businesses not only lose lot of time and money through misplaced assets, but also lack any capability to do space and route optimisations due to lack of technology penetration in the Indoor physical world. We are building a Platform that addresses this large problem through data captured by next generation Connected devices like BLE Beacons, UWB Antennas and LoRa end-points. Businesses use existing solutions based on older technologies like RFID, Barcodes, etc. These solutions businesses were practical in 1999, but not built to work with modern tools and devices. RFID systems require expensive readers for signal interpretation and less intrusive line of sight to function than Beacons. Other techniques including Barcodes are too dependent on manual entries and hence error-prone.
