The Company was registered as Anicha Proprietary under MSME with an UAN TN13D0001178; in 2017 and the company now a private limited company with the CIN of U72900TN2021PTC141022 with the effective date 30-Jan-2021. The company continuously does research in the area of the educational sector in various aspects and found the gaps that exist in the school sector. Now the company carries out the project in Veltech Technical Business Incubator for the past 6 months with a team of 20 members in the area of educational, technical, marketing and management.
