We have been operating in the education sector for more than 15 years now. On the basis of our experience, we have identified various pain points when it comes to recruiting employees for our institutions. As a result we have formulated an idea of developing a comprehensive job portal catering to the education industry. The portal will act as a platform where job seekers, be it for academic or administration roles, of the education industry can sign up and find job opportunities in various sectors (such as schools, coaching institutes, ed-tech companies, colleges etc) of the education industry specific to their past experiences, skills-set, interests. Similarly a wide-range of institutions belonging to the education sector can find candidates which are a perfect fit for the role they want to fill in their respective organisations as per their requirements. We plan to address some of the issue, such as make user-friendly information gathering templates, focus equally on academic and administration roles, provide an extensive support system beyond CV shortlisting etc, which are not present in the current education industry job portals. We plan to name our website 'Jobsineducation.
