We started a startup that works in the field of education. We will start work from district lable, 2 tier 3 tier cities. Our main objective is to skill the youth who are 12th passed or graduate but are unskilled. We provide them with software training, communication skill etc, whatever fit for them, and make them job-ready. After that we will place them. To execute this plan we prepare some course modules. After that we make contracts with local computer institutions, counsel the candidates and decide the course module fit for them. We will train them, prepare for job interviews, and will help them with placement. We will hire experienced faculty. All training modules will run online, and to run this module we developed an online platform that may maintain the record of all activity on a daily basis, a list of institutions, and the number of candidates registered, in training, and placed. We will also approaches to companies, and hiring agencies, and look into government organisation to place the candidates.
