There will be no charge taken from learners and hence it will help talented students with poor financial backgrounds. Along with that, it will facilitate the hiring opportunities for different companies by creating a talent-building track for them. Overall, it aims to create a skilled talent pool for the industry. The learners will learn and improve themselves for free and the companies will find talent easily without wasting much time in search of talents.
