Rusting of steel due to poor galvanisation, leads to short life of the poles used in electrification projects of railways and power grid which subsequently leads to loss to state and results in severe accidental hazards. We as a start-up company while using the web-based and mobile based application technology ensure that quality of the products is not compromised, while using the hot-dip technique for Zinc galvanisation. Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) has been utilised to assist our engineers in galvanizing combustion system design and guide galvanizers to make well-informed decisions on managing their production. Enabling technology: - Induction heating to melt the zinc. - The use of an electromagnetic field to control the distribution of the molten zinc. - Modern computer control of process.
