Causality Biomodels (incorporated as ‘Alpha Causality Pvt. Ltd’) is an Indo-German life science informatics company which offers high quality computable knowledge-based models of complex multi-factorial diseases. Causality BioModels’ knowledge-based models are mechanisms of diseases, which describe the various cause and effect relationships of all the agents associated with the diseases. The models are developed through the conversion of unstructured text-based data into structured knowledge with the help of advanced text mining tools and subject expert review. This is achieved through the methods of semantic data and information extraction, knowledge integration and the techniques of advanced machine learning in life sciences. The results derived from the analysis of these models will solve a number of problems faced by the global pharmaceutical industry today by providing comprehensive insights on optimal drug discovery strategies.
