AlloDx specializes in developing affordable genomic technologies with a specific focus on patients who have received solid organ transplants. Globally, AlloDx is the first to develop a liquid biopsy technology called as "Molecular Telescope", which is capable of diagnosing rejection in solid organ transplant recipients from about 10ml of whole blood sample. This technology, thus enables allograft recipients to bypass routine conventional biopsy, which thereby significantly reduces the risk of organ scarring due to repeated biopsies.
