Development of Artificial Intelligence based firmware application for predictive maintenance in Low voltage Busducts. Low Voltage Busducts is alternative for cables and widely used in Residential, commercial, infrastructure projects. It is the back bone of the entire power distribution system and any issues in the system will lead to black out. The major challenge faced in the industry with Busducts is temperature rise in the system which is conventionally analyzed by Infrared Thermal Camera during period maintenance which is normally recommended 6 months to 1 year at site by the product manufacturer but it never happens at site as the task of Infrared thermal scanning is expensive. With the idea of implementation of AI for analyzing the temperature, current, voltage, frequency, harmonics in the system will help to determine the set maintenance without leading the system to black out. This idea is based on ERRC framework. Elimination: Blackout in the LV Busduct due to temperature rise and short circuit Reduce: Cost on material replacement / manpower after black out.
