Aikya organics is trying to create market linkage for women-led farmer producer organisations who are cultivating chemical-free food through zero-budget natural farming. We are working in Kanpur & 5 other districts of UP with 1200 women farmers, where they are growing organic food. Our intervention with the farmers is at the 4 levels: Training of the farmers to grow organic food, conserve and promote indigenous seeds, aggregate & process their produce in their Farmer's Producer Company and finally sell organic food in the market in B2B and B2C format.
