Agrezotel India Private Limited" is putting up infrastructure facilities for the post-harvest collection and storage of agriculture commodities procured directly from farmers/ farmer societies/ farmer associations, etc. This proposal is to put up such 25 units across 14 districts in Kerala. As we have already discussed, this project will help us to make the uninterrupted supply of Agri-products to hotels and restaurants over Kerala at a lower price and ensure better prices to farmers for their commodities. Our proposed plan is to start these 25 different units under the new entity "Agrezotel India Private Limited," registered under the Companies Act 2013. Considering our potential, such as our vast network, consumer base, digital platform, and the project's viability, the AIF under 'The Department of Agriculture & Farmers welfare' (DA&FW) has already acknowledged our eligibility to include the project under the referred scheme. We are preparing DPR for submission and look forward to collaborating with like-minded investors and companies.
