A land of 1392 million people with an unemployment rate of 11.17%. Shocking right? A country where 50% of its population is involved in agriculture and yet its rural youth is jobless. The rural youth is looking for exciting opportunities but they are not equipped to look for them or to capture them. This is solely because the potential of agriculture has not been tapped. The unkempt power that this sector has is far beyond explanation. It's the time that it gets the attention that it deserves. The sole existence of humans, of civilization, is based on agriculture so no matter how many machines and robots are invented, the creativity a man can bring is incomparable. On the other hand the Agricultural Universities and Management Schools are producing many graduates every year. While some of them do go back to the villages a vast majority of them are trying to find either jobs or entrepreneurship opportunities. This section of the society needs hand holding and capacity building so that they find the employment or entrepreneurial opportunities they deserve. The third dime
