PRODUCT The first portable integrated cleaning cum maintenance machine tailored-made for Washing-Lines of Indian Railways. It is a portable alternative to individual use of industrial scrubber, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, buffing machine, electric blow guns & power jet washer. This Special Purpose machine also helps in upper-gear repair/carpentry & painting work of Railway Coaches. SERVICE Cleanliness, upper-gear maintenance, mechanical efficiency & passenger safety quotient of trains leaving Washing-Line depots will be improved due to more effective mechanized cleaning & better upper-gear repair techniques. PROCESS The process of water saving using Air&Water gun, portable vacuum gun & Soda blasting gun will be new to Washing-Lines. So will be the processes of sticker removing using Sticker remover gun, mild abrasive blasting using Soda blasting gun & under-gear cleaning using combination of innovative blow guns & diesel spray guns. Upper-gear repair takes less time using pneumatic tools like POP rivet gun with better results.
