Our clarified butter which is also known as ghee is made from Gir cows milk which lies in A2 category of cow breeds. A2 cows are not genetically mutated to produce more milk , A2 category include cow breeds like Gir ,rathi, red sindhi, sahiwal etc. A2 cow milk contains vitamin A with A2 beta-casein and in A1 cow milk it contains vitamin A with A1 beta-casein.
