Ace Skill was founded in Chennai on 2nd July, 2013 with the aim of playing a role in addressing the skills gap by imparting skills that are marketable and up-to-date. We have developed a unique model where we leverage the availability of under-utilised training infrastructure across the country to implement skill development projects. This asset- light business model helps us keep costs to a minimum and scale across the country rapidly. By building on extensive experience in skill training, we have developed a stringent and detailed Standard Operating Procedure which clearly shapes and guides operational implementation right from start to finish. We have identified three key target segments which include Government contracts, CSR and retail / fee-paying program as the key areas of focus for business development. We were a funded partner of the National Skill Development Corporation till March, 2017 and have successfully partnered with Central Government and various State Government Ministries to enhance skills of youth across the country.
