India is undergoing a revolution in the field of energy. Government of India has launched several programs to automate the Meter Data management System, enable energy audit and reduce the energy loss due to transmission and energy theft. EESL, IPDS and R-APDRP are some of these programs. Oracle has comprehensive utilities solutions to serve to large Public Sector undertakings. However, many of the previous implementations under these programs have not been highly successful due to lack of expertise in these product set. Abjayon Consultancy is started by ex-executives of Oracle India who used to run the India Development Center for Oracle Utilities products. More than 12 architects who designed and developed these Oracle Utilities products have joined Abjayon to provide successful implementation of these programs by Govt. of India.
