To carry of the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters, traders, buyers, sellers, wholesalers, stockiest, agents, sub-agents, merchants, distributors, servicing and repair or otherwise deal in all kinds of Agricultural and Farm Equipment’s, Implements, Machineries, Parts, Spares, Accessories, Ancillaries and to engineer, develop, design, fabricate, assemble, manufacture, produce, buy, sell, import, export and otherwise deal in agricultural and farm equipment’s, implements and other machineries and parts and all types of tools, equipment’s, instruments, appliances and hardware of all kinds for agricultural, farm, horticultural. 2. To carry on the business of armament manufacturers in all its branches and particular to manufacture, sell, maintain, repair, and deal in guns, gun carriages, torpedoes, tanks, armored cars and other vehicles, machine guns, rifles and small arms and all descriptions of ordinance, armament, arms, weapons, ammunition, explosives and munitions of war and all component parts, spare parts, equipment thereof and accessories thereto or apparatus for use in connection therewith.
