Since Telemedicine got legalized in April 2020, there has been an influx of players in the market. The existing platforms offer chat, phone services, and simple consultation services with Doctors. The challenge faced by Doctors using the existing set-up are two-fold: 1. Unable to perform correct diagnosis since vital readings are not available, and 2. Time consumption is higher due to dependency on technology, connectivity issues, doctor / patients not joining on time, and doctors having to ask a lot of questions in order to come up with the accurate diagnosis.
