1. To carry on the business of providing accounting and assurance services to body corporate and non – corporates and to provide return filing services of Direct and In Direct Taxes and providing services of setting internal control and management services whether in India or abroad. 2. To carry on the business of consultants in all fields, including the business of legal, industrial, business management, financial, cost accounting, recruitment personnel management, inventory control, secretarial, taxation matters import and export and other technical or non-technical consultancy and in particular to prepare Project Reports or to give other consultancy on cost accounting, to advise companies on the Administrative systems, to advise on tax planning, to recruit people for all types of posts in all types of industries or offices and to make representations before any body corporate, authority, regulator, judicial body corporations, firm, person or association of persons in any field, as may be required by the company, and to charge fees for such advice and assistance, whether in India or abroad.
