DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCT LIKE DIESEL Background: Door to Door Delivery initiative has been implemented successfully by OMCs under the guidance of MoPNG & PESO. The Rules and SOPs for initiative have been framed by PESO. Please read the conditions given in licenses in Form XIV and XIX carefully. In addition to the operating processes mentioned in SOPs and response to frequently received queries are provided below for information and adherence by all stake holders Mobile Dispenser a. Mobile dispenser (MD) must have PESO approval under Form XIX irrespective of the Capacity of the MD. More Details: The understanding that MD with capacity less than 2.5 KL don’t require PESO license is not correct. b. Currently , Door to Door Delivery is not allowed for MS c. Presently PESO is approving MD’s with minimum capacity of 3 KL to max 8 KL
