National Skill Development of Corporation (NSDC) a non-profit public organization setup by set up by Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) modelhe Government of India through Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSD) holds the stake in this organization. NSDC provides skill development by creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organisation provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. The number of skilled and semi-skilled workers are trained by NDSC directly or the training centers affiliated to NSDC. Problem statement: Once these trainees completes their professional training they have no information or idea about matching job opportunities available and where to contact to seek these opportunity. On the other side of coin same problem faced by possible recruiters to contact these NSDC trained resources. There is no one place where NSDC trained workers and possible recruiters come together for hiring.
