1. To engage in the business of animation, architectural design, visual effects (VFX), graphics, and 3D design, including but not limited to the creation, production, distribution, and marketing of animated content, architectural plans and designs, visual effects, graphic designs, and 3D designs. 2. To establish and run institutions, training centres, and coaching centres for the promotion and development of animation, architectural design, VFX, graphics, and 3D design. 3. To enter into joint ventures, collaborations, partnerships, and other arrangements with other companies, institutions, individuals or government through governmental schemes or its developmental initiatives to achieve above objectives. 4. To undertake research and development activities to enhance the quality and efficiency of animation, architectural design, VFX, graphics, and 3D design services. 3 (a) The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are: Page 2 of 8 5.
