Our primary focus is to support other product start-ups with a Business Development (BD), Go-To Market (GTM) and Sales Strategy. We also take up execution of the same as a service. At 2 PRISM we follow a rigorous product evaluation process starting from understanding the business case, to knowing the product and its features, followed by a market research and competitor analysis, leading to a right product positioning strategy and a pitch deck. We also source manpower, extend sales training and drive sales targets for our clients.
