Magellanic Cloud has entered into a joint venture with Rayonix Tech to manufacture advanced defence drones in India, in collaboration with Israel-based robotics and AI firm XTEND. The partnership marks a significant step toward strengthening India’s domestic defence manufacturing ecosystem.
The joint venture, valued at approximately $11 million (₹100 crore), aims to build next-generation unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems for defence applications.
