Just 16 years old, Raul is Kerala’s youngest AI entrepreneur and the founder of Arm Technologies, a startup driven by purpose, innovation, and real-world impact. In a rare and deeply personal decision, he has even hired his own father at the company, reinforcing his belief that innovation can begin at home.
A Journey That Began at Six
Raul’s relationship with artificial intelligence started unusually early. At just six years old, he began exploring technology with curiosity far beyond his years. By his early teens, he had already built his first robot, Me-bot, marking his transition from learner to creator.

He argued that India must aim to lead in technology, not follow, presenting a stark comparison: become like Malaysia, strong in manufacturing but limited in innovation, or like South Korea, which pairs manufacturing strength with deep innovation.
Raul called for:
- Higher investment in research and development

According to him, skills-not certificates, will define India’s global standing.
AI for Public Good
Among Raul’s most impactful initiatives is Project JustEase, a collaboration with the governments of Kerala and Dubai. Through this project, he is developing AI-driven public service tools, including emergency-response bots and decision-support systems that guide citizens during critical situations.
