New Delhi’s MapmyIndia Now Holds 96% Stake in Gtropy Systems

MapmyIndia, India’s premier digital mapping and geospatial solutions provider, has significantly strengthened its presence in the connected mobility space by raising its stake in Gtropy Systems Private Limited to 96%. This strategic acquisition highlights MapmyIndia’s commitment to advancing its offerings in fleet management, telematics, and IoT solutions for the logistics industry.

Acquisition Details:

As part of the deal, MapmyIndia’s parent company, C.E. Info Systems, acquired 43,759 equity shares at ₹5,713 per share. The total transaction was valued at ₹24.99 crore, raising MapmyIndia’s shareholding in Gtropy from 76% to 96% on a fully diluted basis. With this move, Gtropy has effectively become a wholly owned subsidiary of MapmyIndia. The acquisition has been duly reported to the stock exchanges in line with SEBI’s regulations.
