Hyderabad-based Raghu Vamsi Aerospace Group has raised $40 million in a funding round led by Norwest and Skegen Asset Management. Existing and new investors, including Indus Bridge Ventures, GJNX Ventures, and investor Ashish Kacholia, also participated in the round.

The fresh capital will help the company expand its global manufacturing footprint and strengthen its position in the aerospace supply chain.

Funding to Expand Global Manufacturing Capacity

Raghu Vamsi Aerospace plans to use the newly raised funds to increase manufacturing capacity at its facilities in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The expansion is aimed at meeting the growing demand for precision aerospace components from leading global aviation companies.

The investment will also help the company improve production capabilities and support future business growth across international markets.

New Integrated Manufacturing Campus Near Hyderabad

A significant portion of the funding will be invested in developing an integrated manufacturing campus at Hardware Park, located near Hyderabad International Airport.

The upcoming facility is expected to bring multiple manufacturing operations under one roof, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the company’s advanced aerospace manufacturing capabilities.

Trusted Supplier to Global Aerospace Leaders

Raghu Vamsi Aerospace manufactures precision aero-engine components and sub-assemblies for some of the world’s leading aerospace companies. Its customer base includes industry giants such as GE Aerospace, Collins Aerospace, Honeywell, Boeing, and Safran.

Serving these global companies highlights the firm’s expertise in producing high-quality, precision-engineered aerospace components that meet international standards.

Strengthening India’s Aerospace Manufacturing Ecosystem

The latest investment comes as India’s aerospace and defence manufacturing sector continues to grow rapidly. Increasing demand for aircraft, engine components, and defence equipment is creating new opportunities for Indian manufacturers to become key suppliers in global value chains.

By expanding its facilities and investing in advanced manufacturing, Raghu Vamsi Aerospace aims to play a bigger role in the global aerospace industry.

Economic Impact

The expansion is expected to create new employment opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and research functions. The new manufacturing campus will also support the local industrial ecosystem by generating demand for suppliers, logistics providers, and technology partners.

Looking Ahead

With the fresh $40 million investment, Raghu Vamsi Aerospace is well-positioned to accelerate its global expansion. The company’s focus on increasing production capacity, building a world-class manufacturing campus, and strengthening partnerships with leading aerospace companies is expected to drive its next phase of growth while reinforcing India’s position as an emerging aerospace manufacturing hub.
